Vermicelli Pudding

                                              " Vermicelli Pudding"


This is the simplest desert recipe's that I had tried recently, this vermicelli pudding is one of the easiest one can prepare if there are guest's at your door steps. Here you will get the clear step by step process of the pudding recipe. So let's start the making process.


First let's take the vermicelli required to make this pudding, I have taken half cup vermicelli here one can take as much according to the quantity  and size of the pudding.

So now we have to roast the vermicelli using some amount of ghee in a nonstick pan on low flame until the vermicelli turns little brownish and soft, vermicelli should be so soft that it becomes easy to jell with the pudding.



So after roasting the vermicelli for few minutes, now its time at add some milk powder into it, I have taken 1/2 cup of pure milk powder here and mix it properly until powder is completely combined with the vermicelli.

Now let's add 1 cup of powdered sugar and blend it nicely for 2- 5 mins and let's switch off the flame and let it rest for a while, until then let's prepare the custard required for the pudding. 

I have taken 3 - 4 Tbs of custard powder here and with the help of milk we can heat it in a medium flame until the custard turns thick and creamy. 



So now the custard is all set and thus its time to make the layers for the pudding, for that I have taken a rectangular shaped box and thus spreading some amount of custard at the bottom and over that let's spread the vermicelli mixture so that the base layer is set.


Now I am pouring the prepared custard on top of the vermicelli base and thus again spreading some vermicelli over the custard and repeating this step one more time as I am preparing a 2 layer vermicelli pudding.


So as the pudding is all set, its time for some freezing , I am keeping it in refrigerator for about 3- 4 hours as by then our simple and yummy vermicelli pudding will be ready to serve.


It's almost time to take out our pudding, 




So our vermicelli pudding is ready, and it's a really yummy and delicious desert. I am sure everyone would love this recipe, do try this out as your guest's would be in awe of your preparation. I had garnished the pudding with some natural dry fruits and cashews.
