 Lemon Cheesecake - Simple Yet Yummy Recipe


This recipe is especially for all those deserts and cheesecake lovers, deserts should always be made with some love which delivers a special feeling on the consumers mind. I am making a truly no bake cheesecake where one dosnt require to be a baker to make this yummy cake at home. 😋


So let' s look at the important ingredients that i have used to prepare this no bake cheesecake,


Ingredients :

Digestive Biscuits - 10-12 

Melted Butter - 2 - 3 Tbs

Milkmaid - 1/2 Tin

Lemon Juice - 3 - 4 Tbs

Whipping Cream - 50 Ml


So only with these few ingredients gonna make this beautiful and yummy cheesecake.


First we have to crush the biscuits into some fine powder mixture so as to make the proper base for the cake. After crushing it I am going to add 2-3 tbs of melted salted butter and have to blend it properly with the biscuit powder. Once this is done I am setting the base of the cake in a cake mould and have to freeze it for about 30 Mins.


Until the base is set we can prepare the cake batter, for that first I have taken 1/2 a Tin of Milkmaid and into that I am gonna pour 3- 4 Tbs of lemon juice. Now we have to whisk it nicely until it turns thick and creamy. Once this is done let it sit idle for a while.


Now take another bowl and pour 50 ml of whipping cream and beat it using a fine electronic beater or any hand beater, beat it until it turns thick and fluffy. Now take some nice and fluffy whipping cream and mix it with the already prepared milkmaid combo and whisk it properly for few minutes.


After that add the milkmaid combo into the thick and fluffy whipping cream and again whisk it nicely until both milkmaid, lemon Juice and Whipping Cream jelled together nicely. Now I hope our cake base would be ready thus take it out from the freezer.


Now it's the final process where I am spreading the cake batter over the biscuit base and thus spreading it evenly inside the cake mould. Here after spreading the batter nicely I am using few food colours to give the cake a special creative touch which is totally optional. 


So our cake is almost set and now let' s refrigerate the cake for about 2- 3 Hrs until the nice and yummy "Lemon Cheesecake" is ready to eat. So this is the simplest of preparation, anyone can try out this recipe when you are out of options for baking a cake. 






It's really yummy and delicious, nothing gives more pleasure than making a cake yourself and eating it with pure love.
