" Muskmelon / Shamam Thick Shake" - Recipe
As it's the Ifthar season thought of preparing something really special and that too which is one of the favorite drinks during this season. It's none other than the evergreen " Muskmelon / Thick Shake ", and that too tried in a different way with a special touch of a recipe from the foodie specialists and influencers.
So for this, we have to take one full Muskmelon and cut it into two pieces, but make sure you cut in a way that one piece is bigger and the other one is smaller. Now we need to remove the seeds inside the fruit and slowly cut the flesh inside and serve it into a mixer jar. Now keep the bigger shell aside after taking the full flesh inside it.

Now we have to add milk into the mixer jar, put some amount of sugar that's according to one's preference, also can add a little amount of condensed milk that is the milkmaid and that is optional as I wanted much more of a thick shake I have added milkmaid into it. So we just need to grind it well until we get it as a thick texture.
After that take the smaller shell and take out the seeds inside and cute the flesh inside into smaller pieces ( Cubes ). After getting the thick shake ready, take the bigger shell, and pour the already prepared shake into it. After that, we can add the extra muskmelon pieces that we had kept aside and just wither on top of the shake with a pinch of love. Now the final touch is optional as one can add few pieces of badams or any such for just making the shake gets a hell of a flavor and a total varied look and also that helps us for a better presentation.
