Making super delicious Chocolate Ice Cream with only just 3 Ingredients at Home, DIY
As its lockdown we cant go out and try new flavors of deserts, so got an idea of making some chocolate Ice Cream at home. It's super easy to make and would you, believe me, I made it with only just 3 Ingredients. Everyone can try this at home as there are not many tasks involved as anyone can easily make this dessert at home.
Yes you all heard it right I made it with just 3 ingredients and it turned out to be so delicious.
- Whipping Cream - 1 Packet
- Milkmaid - 1 Can
- Cocoa Powder - As per taste preference
First, we have to take a bowl and add the whipping cream into it, then stir it nicely for some time and after that just pour the milkmaid into the whipping cream. Once we added the milkmaid then we have to beat it nicely with a manual or electronic beater. I would suggest an electronic beater as it takes only very little time to beat it properly.
Now we have to beat it constantly for some time until the mixture of whipping cream and milkmaid turns into a creamy texture. Once it turns into a creamy texture we have to add the cocoa powder into it, one can add according to their preferences if you want it to be more chocolaty then you can add more of cocoa powder. After adding the required cocoa powder into it we have to stir it nicely with a spoon until the powder gets blended with the cream nicely.
After this, we have to beat the cream again for some time until the creams colour starts turning into the desired chocolaty. We have to make sure that we are beating it nicely as finally the mixture that we get should be really creamy in texture so one has to beat it until it forms into that thick creamy texture.
Now after getting a thick creamy texture one can use some chocolate chips or any such things just to decorate the cream. As I wanted to try something different I had added few crushed creamy chocolate cheese wafers into it to give it a different creamy taste. One can use crushed dairy milk which can provide an extra chocolaty punch to the cream.

So after adding the final touch, we have to freeze it for at least 7 - 8 Hrs so that we will get our desired dessert ready to eat. So with only these few steps, one can easily make their choice of Ice Creams very easily at home that too without any other major preservatives. After freezing for the desired hrs our Chocolate Ice Cream with Cream Cheese Wafers is ready to eat.
